Hormone Yoga

Hormone Yoga is a targeted practice of Yoga to balance and to heal the body's endocrine system (hormonal system) naturally. it is a combination of Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Buddhist meditation practices together with prana channelizing techniques to support the glandular system.

Both men and women suffer from increasing demands in everyday life which creates imbalances in the hormone system. Hyper-thyroidism and Hypo-thyroidism are two common symptoms suffered by men and women alike due to this imbalance and stress.

This practice uses the body's own self healing power to bring it back to vitality. It is very well suited for women going through the phase of menopause to find relief from unpleasant symptoms like migraines, insomnia, depression etc. Also recommended to alleviate PMS or to increase chances of pregnancy for younger women.

This course is well suited for both men and women.
